2001 - 2006In the Phytopharmacy and Semiochemicals Research Unit (UPMC), I was the head of a little research group of environmental analysis.
We aimed to develop analytical methods to quantify pesticides and degradation products in the environment. We worked especially on sample treatment and its coupling with mass spectrometry to obtain fast, automatic, specific and sensitive methods.
These methods are used for monitoring in ecotoxicology reserach programs.
Moreover I analysed and identified protein samples by peptide mass fingerprinting in MALDI-TOF-MS. This device was also used for accurate mass measurement of small molecules.
2000 - 2001My objectives :
* Development of extraction methods (SFE, ASE) of toxic chemicals in various matrices (soils, liquids, solids, ...)
* Development of GC quantitation methods of these chemicals.
* Management of several devices in a Cofrac EN 45001 and ISO 9001 environment
1999 - 1999Chemical analysis of polyurethane foams from car seats.
Correlation with physical properties.
