As director of sales and marketing, I have a quite good knowledge of the wireless connectivity markets such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, UWB and WiMAX. Leading the product strategy of RivieraWaves, I am in charge of Operational and Strategic Marketing as well as Business Development. I am doing Business plans, Product Market Requirement Document, lead generation, proposal, quotation and contract generation, Statement Of Work.
I acquired my experience in the wide and exciting wireless connectivity area (Bluetooth, WLAN 802.11abgnac (also known as Wi-Fi), DECT), as well as in the PC area (PCI Express). I have therefore a good experience in embedded, low power and wireless communication systems.
I am in charge of Operational and Strategic Marketing as well as Business Development of RivieraWaves Bluetooth® and WLAN products.

I acquired significant expertize of the wireless connectivity market in general.
2005 - 2006I have been in charge of a PCI-Express IP development for switch application, leading a small team of 3 people.
I also set up a new design flow to improve the version management and to increase the productivity.
1999 - 2005From June 2004 to July 2005 I was Project leader, managing a team of 13 skilled people in hardware and software for the development of a complete Bluetooth 1.2 IP. I was also managing customer support as well as sales team support.
From June 2003 to June 2004 I was assistant project leader in charge of a multi-site project for the development of a single chip WLAN 802.11abg SOC in 90nm.
From December 1999 to June 2004 I was hardware design engineer designing Bluetooth IP (Dec 1999 to Mar 2002), WLAN IP (Mar 2002 to June 2003), and WLAN SOC (June 2003 to June 2004). I took part in the whole development cycle, doing RTL design, simulation, ASIC and FPGA synthesis, FPGA validation, and customer support.
