I'm currently working for PSA Peugeot Citroën as Manager Engineering and Maintenance of Testing Facilities (90 direct collaborators, 80 M€ turnover) as well as Manager Investments and Guiding Plans.
Graduated from top French engineer school Ecole Centrale de Paris in 1990, I first worked as a project engineer, then project leader, for Aerospatiale Missiles. In 1995, I moved to PSA Peugeot Citroën. I started as a project manager for embedded electronics control units (automatic gearboxes and diesel engines). I then - 2002 - got in charge of technical secretariat and risk management for the Chassis and Powertrain Platform and Technical Direction before getting my current position.
With 18 years' experience in project management, team management, organization and management of internal business units, I'm now looking for a technical and/or scientific management post. Above and beyond my technical and project management skills (mastery of engineering tools and methods, V cycle), I have been acclaimed for my management of people, my human qualities, the attention I pay to others in my work, and my desire to help them move forward. I would also mention that throughout my career, I have always contributed a great deal to the organization, referential, process and progress plan side (NVA/RVA, CMMI, Lean, Cost Reduction ...). My experience in this respect now qualifies me for posts where the accent is on consultancy and organization.
