2001 - 2002- Restructure the French office Desktop Service to suit the needs of a growing company and manage a better interaction with the other site teams (UK, Netherlands and Germany)
- Introduction of SLAs and extension of support to the satellite offices (Spain, Belgium and Italy) for the management of a total of 1 300 workstations
- Direct management of 10 Desktop Engineers.

2000 - 2000Define the customer needs and design solution, supporting the sales operation in terms of telecommunication, helping customers in centralizing their support contact for several network links, from terrestrial to satellite.

1998 - 2000- Run the IT department to support the company headquarter for day to day operations (1200 workstations, 52 servers) with an annual budget of 60M FF,
=> various migrations projects such as messaging system to Lotus Notes, operating systems from Novell Netware to Windows NT.
- Support management in the outsourcing of the desktop and network support, from defining the requirement to management of the outsourced team (22 people) and follow up of performance according to SLAs.

1993 - 1998- Support and help the company growth, to go from a box moving reseller to a Value Added Reseller.
- Develop the technical department (from 4 to 47 people) to become a major hardware (Compaq, IBM, HP, Cisco …) support company in the Paris area, as well as a software support centre (Microsoft, Novell, Lotus …), and run the internal IT department (14 servers).
- Design technical solution for the customers and manage the implementation projects.
