Frédéric Jund

38 years old, graduated from a french Master business school, I am 10 years experienced in wireless network deployments threw Africa, Middle-East and Europe. I am currently working in Algeria for 2 years now in Railway industry.

I was working from 2005 to 2007 in Morocco as 2G Project Manager for a BSS rollout (Nokia). After a 3 months priod in Kuwait as Project Manager on a Turnkey wireless network deployment, I was Customer Project Manager for Ericsson in Belgium (Mobistar Network turn-key deployment). I started to work in Algeria in July 2008 with Thalès Rail Signalling Solutions, during 18 months as Local Project Manager. From February 2010, I am employed by Transurb Technirail in Algier as Administrative Manager in an engineering office, still in railway industry.

I started to work in 1996 as a Sales representative in France for Sagem (Entreprise Fax solutions). One year later, I moved for a France Telecom subcontractor to be negotiator for GSM Site Acquisition. Due to my proven skills, I was selected to participate in 1998 as Facilitator to the launch of a new GSM network in Portugal (Optimus). We integrated 750 sites "on air" in 9 months. This success story gave me the knowledge and the understood of a gsm network complexity : Core network, radio engineering, site acquisition, civil works, implementation, integration, and so on...

After that, I made several other missions overseas : Morocco (Nortel Networks, site acquisition manager for a pre-sales gsm deployment), South Africa (Nortel Networks), Egypt (Mobinil, Area Manager), Spain (Nortel Networks, Team Leaders Manager), Portugal (Nortel Networks), France (SFR, Regional Manager), Morocco (Nokia, 2G Project Manager), Kuwait (Shabakkat Cellular Project Manager, Wataniya Network turnkey deployment), Belgium (Ericsson for Mobistar) and now Algeria (Thalès and Transurb Technirail)
