With a multidisciplinary experience, on both technical and functional aspects, I offer skills based on project management (about 15 years) as well as taking responsibilities in Information Systems departments which I began to practice in 2004.
The past 10 years, I acquired a "business" vision of Information Systems by participating in the following major IT/IS achievements:
• Global manufacturing system implementation
• Information Systems improvements using MAPICS
• Complete Information System change to SAP
I also had the opportunity to:
• Make a functional IS audit for an additionnal plant
• Write a Group Quality Assurance document named "Information Systems Validation"
• Do a short study on "impact and consequences of QUality Risk Management on IT/IS project management"
These last two points, as well as my investment as internal auditor (ISO, 5S, EHS) shows my interest for quality assurance works.
Fluent english (I lived more than 3 years in the USA), my skills were aquired or are already well approached concepts, during a rich and wide-scoped career.
My experience is just waiting to be shared or grow through contact with others.

2007 - 2009(Manufacturing of collapsible aluminum tubes for food, health and cosmetics markets)
By the end of 2006, the collapsible aluminum tube activity of SOUPLETUBE was turned over to ALLTUB group.
In this transfer, I become member of the local management team and continue with the following actions:
• Lead to success the project of Information System change from MAPICS to SAP
• Functional audit of the information system for a plant newly bought by the group
• Writing of a group quality assurance document named «Information Systems Validation»
I took in charge SAP Information System management used by 3 of the 5 plants (2 in France and 1 in Czech Republic).
2004 - 2006(manufacturing of aluminum/laminated/plastic tubes and plastic bottles for food, health and cosmetics markets)
Information System Department Manager of SOUPLETUBE group for which I was named to develop and standardize the Information System:
• Preparation and implementation of Purchasing/MRP/Production Control modules in Mapics
• Implementation of a manufacturing scheduling software
• Management of a team of 3 persons
Unfortunately, by the end of 2006, the collapsible aluminum tube activity was turned over to ALLTUB group.
1999 - 2004(Company manufacturing mainly lawn mowers, generators and engines)

1998 - 1998Software Analyst Engineer for our customer (petrol and oil products) in charge of studying and realizing modifications in the application of credit card payments for EURO currency.
1996 - 1998(Subsidiary of Société Générale bank for life insurance and capitalization products)
Project leader in charge of applications in the framework of “Person database management” (customer, member, beneficiary, etc.) and “Repositories” (Banque de France, PTT, etc.).
Project management (from answer to user Change Request up to service delivery):
• Creation/upgrade of exchange interfaces with the sales network (banks) of SOGECAP products
• Improving and correcting maintenance operation regarding users Change Request
• Supervision of external persons for the development of the programs
1989 - 1996Software Analyst Engineer realizing studies on various missions in the following areas:
• Domestic Insurance: implementation of the EDI for an overhaul of the management of claims (4,5 month)
• Car equipment factory: Translation and improvement maintenance of 7 industrial applications (14 month)
• Car equipment factory: Studies and achievements of 4 projects to follow up manufacturing, with active participation in the design, creation of the database, and the complete validation test (17,5 month)
