• Daily integration of more than 2500 developers and testers’ production in a cross platform environment,
• Development of a new cross platform automated release tool (TRM), used at all group’s integration levels for daily quality based decisions. Sold by IBM worldwide as part of Rade portfolio,
• New generation integration processes definition, implementation and continuous improvement, to backup and promote of new software development architecture and paradigm,
• Engineers team management.
1995 - 1997In charge of the company’s automated release systems.

• Daily automated integration check for all company’s developments,
• Enhancement of release tool with grid computing feature based on IBM technology, after Cray Inc. versus IBM workbench, to allow anyone to validate on each supported UNIX environment,
• Development of intranet components in order to display filtered quality metrics,
• Speed optimization for several key release and integration programs, based on C++.
