I am a Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence professional in Office, Transactional and New Product Introduction (NPI / DFSS) with expertise in projects conduct, projects hoppering, coaching and training, back boned with more than 10 years of sound sales and marketing experience.

I am convinced that Lean and Six Sigma philosophies and methodologies complement each others. They reveal and develop talents at all level of the ladder, deliver results on Cas,h Cost and Growth and provide tremendous competitive advantage once part of corporate DNA.

My 12 years background in sales, marketing and management in various businesses and areas (see experience section) and my own projects conduct help me to deploy and coach Lean Six Sigma with feet on the ground, knowing what is possible, but knowing as well what is not impossible.

French native and English fluent, I can deploy, train and coach LSS in both languages.
