Consultant SAP, Capgemini - Industrie & Distribution
Graduate from a Master's Degree Programme in Business and Management from the "Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Montpellier" (Montpellier Business School) and being specialized in Information Systems / ERP Consulting, I've been doing my final internship in IBM Global Business Services, in the Public Sector division to be more specific. I was working as a Project Management Office (PMO) role by a client on a significant Hospital Information System reorganization project.
From now on, I'm working in Capgemini (Industries & Distribution) as an SAP Consultant, which is a role that has more of an operational aspect to it compared to PMO.
Being part of the EUC (Energy, Utilities & Chemicals) SAP Skill, i have attended a 3 week long SAP IS-U (Industry Standards for Utilities) training course. I'm currently working as a SAP consultant within the integration team on the OMEGA project for our client GrDF (Gaz de France réseau de Distribution), which is one of the major French Utilities company.

Working as a SAP consultant within the integration team by a client on a Energy & Utilities Information System maintenance and upgrade project :

Project : OMEGA (opening of the Energy & Utilities market and delivery management)
- Designing and writing the evolutions (new features added) tests scenarii, interacting with the functional team
- Running integration tests and deliverable writing tests sheets
- Workload forecasting and scheduling
- Showcasing the evolutions new features to a client/MOA-based target audience during pre-upgrade meetings
- Backup duty for a functional consultant : submitted bugs and bug fix rejections analysis and follow-through, close collaboration with computer programmers in order to solve identified bugs, achieving basic tests, handling discussions with various subcontractors, updating functional requirements documents
- Improving my skills and knowledge on various topics : SAP IS-U (events & meter reading integration, invoicing, billing, ...), SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module (Delivery & Subscription contracts creation and management, invoicing and billing management, Streamserve editing and printing solution), SAP FI-CA module (billing, invoicing), user access management
- Tests & deliverables industrialization : writing tests scenarii & templates in Quality Center for centralized and normalized tests management and automation; providing Quick Test Pro-ready-to-run test input data sets for regression testing automation and requirements fulfilment enhancement

COMPUFIRST is an IT product and services retailing company, whose customer target, consisting in French Small & Medium Businesses, is reached through Internet and telephone. During this one-year-long internship, i had the opportunity to be part of the creation and the start of this B2B IT retailing start-up company.
- Coordination of a multi-channel comunication (email, fax, web banners, RSS)
- Internet and communication channels trafic reporting design and analysis on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Enhancement of marketing productivity (close competition and strategic monitoring, search of new customer acquisition sources, regular check and optimization updates of the website)
- Dealing with external parties (advertising and media agencies...)
- Taking part in the design of the marketing operations contents (conveyed messages)
Beyond the forementioned tasks, this internship also allowed me to :
- Gain deeper understanding of a company and its different departments, especially in terms of encountered matters (since the company was small-sized and started recently)
- Get knowledge about professionals IT issues
- Take part in the design and setup of a Business Intelligence tool
- Enhance various tremendous skills : self-sufficiency, tightness, sense of organization, listening, analysis and summarizing skills, ability in working as part of a team in a project environment...
