After 6 years at Fimasys, a software company based in Paris, Gaël Béron has moved for 2 years in Saudi Arabia for the position of IT Manager of a financial company, subsidiary Crédit Agricole group. Beginning of 2010, he created his own consulting company for whom he works today as a freelance.

Consequently to finance and accounting harmonization of processes at BMW Group level (International Finance Template), analysis, creation and stabilization of accounting sub-ledgers for providers, customers and assets. Transition to the IFRS Gaap, reduction of discrepancies, implementation of the reconciliation process and tools to monitor ongoing process and permanent control.
2010 - 2010Implementation of software WebEpargne into the Information System of ProBTP. Go Live on June 2010 with respect of time and functional scope. The system deals with 15,000 companies in 150 groups for a total outstanding of 1,5 billion euros spread over 430 000 employees and 600 000 savings accounts.
2008 - 2009Creation of IT Department: strategy, budget, structure, computers fleet and telephony, providers’ management, reporting, recruitment and team management. In charge of evolutionary and corrective maintenance for the Front End system (FAMOS Financing, Fimasys), Back Office (Evolan, Sopra Group) and accounting (SAP) in order to meet functional needs and specific business requirements of partners and contributors. Deploying a software solution to finance household equipment (Revolving). Support to choose solution and to integrate a system to manage collection.
2007 - 2008For the company Sofinco Saudi Fransi (Group Crédit Agricole), setting up the Front End and Scoring Engine modules of ProFinance suite for a Financial Company in Saudi Arabia. Dedicated to cars and motorcycles financing, the system had to be opened to a large network of dealers in addition to the credit approval platform, and to communicate with the Back Office Evolan delivered by Sopra Group.
Project follow up and invoicing, business analysis, workshop and gap analysis, developments' follow up, delivery and user acceptance testing, support to configuration, users' training, support to Go Live (on September 2007) and rollout.
2006 - 2006For the company CNH (Group FIAT), missions of functional and technical consultancy in Paris and Turin. 2005 - 2006Manager of the Fimasys technical expertise team.
Main objective : refactoring of the build and continuous integration processes for the whole multi-platform Fimasys' softwares suite (ProFinance - WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss & Oracle).
Study, definition of the scope and specification of the features to be implemented, development and integration of a Maven plugin for the Build Process and integration with Cruise Control tool, lead of the team in charge of the migration, conduce the change to the impacted team and users' training to follow the new process.
Others : definition of the processes for the packaging & delivery, maintenance of the versions and documentation, technical validation for the recruitment of developers.
