In charge of the development of BI activities for EADS HR Shared services
2009 - 2011> I arrived at Business & Decision as Technical Manager on SAP BW.
From 2006 to 2008 I worked for many companies in the southwest, such as Airbus, Pierre Fabre, Latecoere and Euralis. I insured then the role of project manager, technical expert and architect depending on the project.
> In 2009, I had the opportunity to take the Southwest agency's management. I currently manage a P & L over 2 million € and I lead a team of 25 employees and a sales engineer.
> In addition of my duties as Director, I keep operational responsibility of key strategic activies such as :
The management of a team of 8 persons in Airbus for a fix price project on Business Objects representing 800 man/days in 2009 and 1200 man/days in 2010.
The early watch and expertise to the main clients in south-west.
2005 - 2006> In the frame of the development of BI activities for CSC in Toulouse, I take the responsibility of the BW & ABAP development center . This center was formed of 6 people for an average workload of 70 days per month. I was also BI coordinator in Airbus for the implementation of methods and norms linked to application services projects.
> During this period, I organize the reply to 7 Request For Proposal on BW.
In parallel, I insured the management of a fix price project for Airbus « Customer Support » of 700 m/d (5 consultants during 8 months).
2001 - 2005> I started in Capgemini as a BW consultant. I worked in several regional customers such as Total Fina Elf, BPHR, Airbus,…I was consultant on BW and on Business Objects for 4 years.
> As a consultant on BW, I took part to the installation of BW for Total, and at the realization of financial analysis reports. Thereafter I continued working in finance domain in Airbus where I realised reports and BW dataflow for the Cost Unit & Cost Center controlling projects.
> During 3 years, I managed little teams of projects up to 700 man/days and I insured on these projects expertise and architecture on BW.
> I also helped Capgemini in the development of his BW acitivities taking during 2 years the follow-up of a team of 15 consultants. I insured the follow-up in customer , the sep-up of knowledge database and the organization of internal session based on expertise and early watch.
> Finally in 2005 i initiate the BW development center and the methodology for project qualification.
2000 - 2001> I start my career of BI consultant in Décisionnel. I had the chance during more than 1 year to work for many major Parisian companies such as LVMH, ADP and also others companies like Senoble or Selectaux. I worked on many BI tools for data extraction to reporting. I used Datastage, DTS, Essbase, Business Objects.
> Among other things I realised reports and I build the user profils on Essbase et realised the broadcast and the publication with Broadcast Agent for LVMH. I learn the job of functionnal analyst and realised modeling, development and data loading of OLAP Cube for ADP. Then i work on the development and the administration of universe on Business Objects in order to create reports for the follow of commercial achievement for Senoble.
