Since the beginning I was in charge of construction, organization, recruitment, management and general management.
I managed also all organization of health dispensation.
1988 - 1990I created this structure (Service for care dispensation at home for old people).
This structure was one of the first opened in France.
The structure was financed by public founds and managed 10 employees in charge to give care near people admitted to receive at home.
I managed all the structure (following of patients files, financial following and management, coordination with public offices and external intervenants.
