As a computer engineering and networking degree owner, I am fluent in English and I have a solid knowledge in several areas of computing such as software and web programming or system and network administration, as well as a few concepts of security.
After an experience as a contractor for Renault Trucks Volvo IT as an application operations engineer, I am now working in the telecommunications industry and voice solutions at Prosodie.
As a multi-channel solutions product engineer, I am in charge of maintaining various platforms in operational condition. I coordinate the actions of technical teams in operations of delivery or incidents resolution. In addition, as a technical expert, I provide training for internal operators or for our customers, and I am also doing some consulting assignments. Finally, I am responsible for the capacity planning and the budgeting related to my products.
I want to deepen my technical and functional expertise to focus on project management of IT solutions and products.
