My twenty years of experience and my sensitivity to best practices enabled me to acquire solid skills in IT projects management, outsourcing account and operations center management, as well as team motivation in order to meet expected results.

At the moment, I am in charge of all technical and organizational projects relating to the infrastructures of GEODIS group BI department.
Previously, I managed several projects for Les Mousquetaires group (restructuring of the group datawarehouse platform, outsourcing of a Group IS for to a SaaS supplier) as well as for Nyse Euronext (data warehouse platform replacement in Paris and London - budget 4M€ - 750 man/days - NETEZZA servers).
My professional strengths and assets are :
• A deep technical and human knowledge in IT production – in private and public sectors – over the course of my professional career : director or project manager, consultant, outsourcing manager, operations manager,
• A good command of business plan development process, risk analysis, team selection and management, planning and operational monitoring of budgets/schedules/services (internally or sub-contractors) with commitment,
• Organization and improvement of production processes (ITIL certification).

- Supervision of architectural studies for the replacement Oracle servers : selection of NETEZZA solution (high-performance database servers), design of peripheral components (servers and SAN HP, Symantec’s Puredisk solution)
- Supervision of several sub-projects:
• Business Objects Migration v5 to BO Xi3 + SAS v8 to v9
• Adaptation to SOX regulations
• Cross-site Disaster Recovery between data warehouse platforms in Paris and London
• Support, technical and organizational integration of Engineering and Service delivery teams ("Follow the sun" support between Europe and The US)
