-Rebuilt the whole document management process within Marketing & Sales department (50 persons)

I Created and managed the QA & Test department in three countries : USA, Australia and France

-Led external audits in the premises of major clients (top pharmaceutical companies, television networks, hospitals…), and designed new services in response to their needs
