Vivablast Company – Painting, insulation, Waterproofing, Fireproofing, Thermally Spray, Scaffolding Contractor. Located in Vietnam – In 2004, 120 employee 3.5MUSD of turnover; 2009, 450 employee with a turnover of 10MUSD.
o November 2009 to Mai 2010: Deputy General Manager, assisting the general manager in his daily task and decision, contacting client, and ensuring link between company and developed project. Estimation work for project biding. Develop and organise company activities for all projects. Implement management and control of all departments. Vivablast is today counting over 500 workers, 10.000.000USD turn over.
o April 2009 to November 2009: Following a wish for diversifying, I was mandated by the Vivablast company for venture (Fairmate Vietnam) producing and marketing of building products such admixtures, mortars, sealants, coating, adhesives and building systems.
Function for which I conducted a market study, then a Business Plan. Subsequently, I started the installation of the company with a plant, the definition of production facilities and their location, representative offices and the establishment of commercial tools. (Company aborted due to financial problem of the partner).
o 2008 to April 2009: Project Manager: Dung Quat Refinery project, Client: PETROVIETNAM, Main Contractor and in charge of the site: TECHNIP, subcontracting PREZIOSO-VIVABLAST for Painting and Insulation works, 3.500.000USD contract with 280 workers, handling site organisation, invoicing, administrative work, and overall project management with production follow up, Client/contractor Relation.
o 2005 to 2008: Purchasing Manager, taking care of the all the procurement, logistics and store, as well as large equipment purchasing with more than 2.500.000$ of purchase order and equipment up to 300.000$. Putting in place procedure and ensuring ISO follow up. Organisation of store with more than 5.000 articles. Conception and Installation of a computerised warehouse management system
o 2004 to 2005: Estimation Manager Assistant, working conjointly with the estimation manager, for quotation, biding response and site assistance.
