I obtained a DUT (two-year technical degree) then a professional license(Bachelor's degree), with led and management projects option, to the university institute of technology of civil engineering of Havre.
Then I integrated the engineering consulting firm of Auxitec Bâtiment for which I worked on 3 missions: deployment teaches "Total" / "Elf" all France and deployment new concept shop " Total " all France. Under precarious contract during 3 years, my status remained the same, but my responsibilities evolved.
I have then make party of the team of the operational pole of the project ownership of Habitat76, piblic Office of the housing environment of Seine-Maritime, as engineer during 2 years. Driver of projects in new constructions, I took care of the follow-up of about ten operations, of the phase Before Definitive Project / depositwarehouse of PC till the end of Guarantee of Perfect Completion by way of the phases of consultation and follow-up of construction site.
Today I am a member of Nexity Saggel Property Management’s team of Rouen as account manager. I insure administrator's role of the properties for GDF-Suez. I make sure of the smooth running and the follow-up of the maintenance roaming for hundred of sites on the sector which extends from Cherbourg to Dunkerque by way of Hirson. I also have a role of advice, organization and follow-up of big works to perpetuate the housing stock the load of which I have.
Account manager at Nexity Saggel Property Management, me work as administrator of the properties for GDF-SUEZ on their land taxes of the plate Manche North Sea.
That they are occupied, vacant or naked grounds, I insure the perpetuity of 109 sites distributed on Normandy and Nord-Pas-de-Calais.
My mission is distributed between a control and a budgetary control of the current maintenance of these sites and goes on by roles of advice, organization and by implementation of heavy works on closed covered. This last service is insured by the budgeting until the Guarantee of Perfect Completion by way of the realization of the stakes in competition and follow-ups of construction sites.
2006 - 2008Succeeding the editing of project, my post consisted in insuring the technical and financial aspects of small about ten projects by leaving of the warehouse of building permit till the end of the guarantee of perfect completion.
Driver of projects to the service project ownership of habitat76 I maintained a privileged relationship with the controls of work, but I was also in connection with all the participants, city, companies or dealers.
2003 - 2006Auxitec Bâtiment is an engineering consulting firm.
I began at time that pilot of project, making of the project ownership assistance on the deployment signs of the new TOTAL logo in metropolitan France. I took care of the assembly of files works with companies under traitantes, of the follow-up of the manufacturing and the management of a team of 6 persons for the controls safety and the receptions of works. Then, I followed the levyings of reserves and the perfect completion.
Once all the works of this campaign was ended, I was responsible of assisting project manager and I took care of the follow-up of the levyings of reserves and of the perfect completion of 2 other similar campaigns besides that current.
I then continued the project ownership assistance for Total by being responsible for project manager on two campaigns of arrangement of their shops. Turnkey markets for which I took care of the planning of the receptions
