In 2008 I completed a five year Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication at the IFAG Lyon Business School, this was followed by seventeen-month work experience in the events industry, at the Fondation Scientifique de Lyon et du Sud-Est.
I have a keen interest in the event communication field and the development of valuable communication tools.
During my experience as a Marketing and Communication officer at BioMarine (World Maritime Event) and BioSquare (Biotech Business Convention) I have successfully accomplished a number of coordination tasks which include:
- managing the online promotion of events (newsletters, online media partnerships, database management); complete web site management
- coordinating the work of several service providers: communication agencies, rooters, editors for the production of the event’s announcements, sponsors guides and brochures
- developing online, television and print media partnerships (Euronews, BBC, 3b2)
- producing press releases and web content with reference to the events
- taking control of the organization of several events: press conferences, meetings, side events
- providing day-to-day administration work : organizing team meetings, translating documents
As an extremely resourceful, self-motivated and creative person I feel that I will able to achieve valuable work in event marketing field.
