I am an Aerospace Engineer and have been working with Defense and Civil organizations in Aviation and Aerospace internationally. Indeed, I have been fortunate enough to have gained work experience in various countries enjoying professional growth as well as enriching my knowledge and understanding of other cultures and ways of doing business and working on international projects.
Throughout my career I have worked for major manufacturers (helicopters and regional aircraft) in several functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Business Development, Services Sales), gathering experience in the processes, and hopefully helping me in future successes.

- Following 27 customers in 17 countries for a total fleet of 161 aircraft

2007 - 2009- Sales and negotiation of Power by the hour (PBH) maintenance services and solutions
- International business experiences in Europe (France, Italy, Spain), Middle East (Oman, Pakistan), Brazil, Dutch Antilles, Cape Verde, and South East Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia) with overall market potential of almost 500 aircraft
- In 2 years personally signed maintenance contracts for a total value of US$9.7 millions
- Definition, negotiation and sale of tailored power by the hour (PbH) service contracts to regional airlines worldwide and particularly South East Asia (i.e. Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand)
- Sale of maintenance solutions, services and logistic support proposals during aircraft sales with direct negotiation with the Customer
- Business deal planning: cash flow, net value, and financial/operating lease analysis
- Coordination of projects for the creation/validation of models for the optimization of the resources necessary for airlines support (DMC, LCC, PBH)
2002 - 2007- Sales & Marketing of helicopters with
(i) extensive worldwide experience: United States, Europe (Ireland, Turkey, Italy), South East Asia (Malaysia, Vietnam), Middle East (Jordan, Pakistan, UAE), India and
(ii) exposure to governmental/military and civil clients at the highest levels
- Developed commercial policy, strategy for business development, technical sales
- Managed presentations, public speaking, and technical sales negotiations worldwide
- Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including:
(i) gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements;
(ii) defining the product vision, and
(iii) working closely with engineering sales, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals were met ( thus acquired experience of team management of complex projects in a matrix organization)
- Acquired specific knowledge of the Rotorcraft / Aircraft Industry, Market, and competition together with aerospace important technical knowledge
- Represented AgustaWestland to major international Airshows
- Washington DC, United States: worked in USA for 3 months (Aug/Oct. 05, and May 06) as Proposal Leader on a multi-billion RFP for the US DoD
