2008 - 2008Training: Set up a staff satisfaction survey and analysis of results (with Isiquest software), Established a regulation plan for training rooms, Inventory of needs for the development of a training plan.

Communication: Organisation of a Manager’s cocktail party in order to promote the training department.
2007 - 2007Recruitment: Contacted companies and schools and posted job vacancies, selected applications and conducted employment interviews, managed business indicators for the management committee.
