Sourcer/salesman mainly in charge of the French market.
My main task is to identify Special Situations:companies in stressed and distressed situations. Then, I contact my network and obtian the information needed by my analysts.
After the analysis, we work on finding the right angle: buying the bank debt, approaching the management; structuring a financing solutions... we can intervne in very broad range of situations.
My team is specialised in financial restructuring. We used to foucs mainly on distressed situations but we have adapted our strategy to each country we cover.
In France, our interventions have almost no limit.

Equipe de 6 consultants juniors (Thailandais, espagnols, marocains).
Objectif : Accompagnement à la création d'une société spécialisée dans l'expertise à temps partagé poiur les PME.
Réalisation des études secondaires et primaires nécessaires.
Définition de la cible (recruteurs - recrutés)
Nombreux entretiens : Dirigeants; fédérations; MEDEF; Ministère du Commerce et de lIndustrie.
2002 - 2002Cadre : North Africa Horse (sous-traitant des activités équestres du Club Med) Al Hoceima - Maroc - 4 mois
