As I've been working for the last 12 years in Advertising, in media (Press group), media agency (HMI) and now on the Advertiser's side (WW) I'm now experienced in managing Communication as well as media-planning & strategy.
Defining relevant communication means (TV spots, Press Ads but also online banners) and deciding which should be the most appropriate communication plan accross channels are currently my major responsabilities.
If I'm currently in charge of the French market (vs internationals ones in my previous experience) this includes weekly exchanges with my European counterparts and HOMs.

• Participating with clients to the implementation in their foreign subsidiaries, frequent business trips (Europe, UAE)
• Negotiating the buying space with the media reps (±10 ME) on behalf of clients
• Responsible for the obligation of means, mutualised with other implicated intra-group entities
Internal Responsibilities: under the CEO direct authority
• Team management: sourcing, recruiting, coaching
• Briefing, guiding the network foreign counterparts & affiliates
• Monthly reporting (budgets, margin, organisation)
• Contributing to answers to tender calls (agencies competitions)
