2001 - 2005March 2002-2005: i-mode project manager
• Project: * Install in 6 months the i-mode platform of services of the Japanese integrator NEC. Coordinate in project mode more than 50 Bouygues Telecom engineers of the computer, network services and NEC. * Responsible for the relation supplier and contract with NEC and of the quality on i-mode.
• Result: With only 6 months of preparation, i-mode commercial launch of 15/11/2002 is a success. * Realization of a follow-up quality supplier (PAQ, audit in Japan, project wrap up) who demonstrated the weak strategic risk of NEC. The rate of availability of i-mode platform passed in 6 months from 90 up to 98%.
April 2001-may 2002: Project manager (IT).
Project: Manage network, systems and office studies in a role of Moe for the 3G projects.
Results: My responsibilities were increased by the creation of a team of 4 senior project managers dedicated to the network, systems and office studies.
1989 - 20001999-02 Quality project manager (Quality IT-France):
•Project in France
* Missions : Implant a database of subcontractors. Manage the change in the relation in the subcontracting as well as the internal procedures.
* Achievements : Completion of the base of 2000 subcontractors in 2 months. Fall with the number of errors of IT invoicing. Implementation of new procedures in 3 months.
•Project in Europe
* Missions : Decrease the number of customers IT complaints for internal invoicing (35MF/month).
* Achievements : 35 % decrease of the complaints customers of the French users in 9 months. Audit of 4 months in Germany.
1996-98 NT migration project manager (IT-France):
•Missions : Migrate 65% of 6500 PC of Windows 3.1 to NT 3.51 in 12 months. Management of 3 engineers and planning of the tasks of 25 persons.
•Achievements : 75 % of the park migrated in 12 months. Project ending with 2 months beforehand. ROI of only 9 months (cost of 15MF, 2500 M/D). 1.5 To of transferred data
