Motivated, Organized, open minded, creative and fast worker. I finished my master’s degree in Business, Management and strategy at INSEEC Business School (France). I’m looking for a full time position in the hospitality industry. I have gain experience in different hotels during several years and completed a bachelor degree in international hospitality management at VATEL (France). Today, I’m finishing my master’s degree with a long-term internship as a junior human resources assistant at Radisson Hotel in SIN MARTEEN. I also have professional experience as a junior consultant. I am a native French speaker but I am also fluent in English, as I lived in San Francisco for several years before returning to France to attend college. I also speak Spanish as I worked 6 months in a Costa Rican hotel.

2009 - 2009Projects
My main project is developing the new Radisson hotel training program. This includes bringing in new ideas and adapting them to the local culture. During my internship I also have the opportunity to train the employee’s on the brand philosophy. I create and reformulate formal documents; such as the employee handbook and training documents. I am also responsible for the employee’s working contracts.
General responsibilities
I am responsible for the staff training sessions.
I also collaborate in the staff recruitment process.
2007 - 2008Project
•With the aid of my assistant, I created documents for people who wanted to change jobs. These were standardized documents use for all our clients. The documents contained different questions and games in order to help our psychologist analyze the different candidates. Later I had the chance to verify the effectiveness of the new documents. This resulted in a later elaboration and application of the project.

•I was in charge of the different processes of recruitment (sourcing; interviews; candidate’s selections)
•I also carried out head hunting missions

•I was in charge of the front desk as well as the foreign clientele

•I was in charge of setting up the creation of a hotel from the beginning to the end.
Responsibilities
•I elaborated of construction papers. Organized meetings with architects and administrators, and carried out the translation of official papers and meetings from French to English

•I was in charge of the front desk and the local tours.
