At present Responsible of Freight Tracking project & Quality of logistics transport service at BaByliss, I was recruited to implant a real customer service within the logistics departement. For this job creation, my missions articulate as much around the definition of the action plan, the integration of new procedures, as the creation and the follow-up of indicators (KPIs).
Created during the rapidly expanding growth of the company, my function is directed " Quality of the logistic'services / Key account Customer services" and has for the other objective, to improve the satisfaction of the national and international customers.
My latest news is having integrated a Master 2 in Project and Programme Management (Business development) in Paris while I continue to follow my professionnal tasks.

From Nov 2002 to May 2005 at TRANSFREIGHT Automotive Logistics Europe at TMMF (Onnaing, FRA)
_ Creation of the project "Freight Track" service. Objective: follow any goods since their removals to each of 200 suppliers until their consumptions on the production line
_ Forwarder / Traffic Coordinator : Oversee connections’schedules between the Europeans Cross Docks, and the good progress of daily collect + countermeasures’organization
_ Planning and following of the progress of daily collect (organize countermeasures if need)
