Engineer in Analytical Chemistry since July 2006, I acquired five years of experience in Research and Development in France, Argentina and Chile, principally in analytical development, in various sectors such as pharmaceutical investigation and mineral chemistry.
I am now working as a supervisor of a products analysis laboratory during a replacement of maternity leave (contract from 13/02/2012 to 31/10/2012), in the company CTC of quality control of consumer goods.
My main skills and achievements are :
• Analytical Chemistry :
- Methods Development, optimization and validation, using a great variety of analytical techniques : chromatography (HPLC, GC), IR, NMR, ICP-MS, ICP-OES, FAAS, HG-AAS, GF-AAS, UV-Vis, SEM, XRD, TXRF, Karl Fisher, Zetasizer, Surpass Zetameter, Nanosight
- Chemometry : experimental designs
• Project Management :
Participation to the development and planning of various projects of research in analytical chemistry, as well as one emergency plan

- Technical supervision (7 analysts)
- Team work, Interaction with different functional areas : other laboratories analysts, engineers, synthesis chemists, comercial area…

2011 - 2011- Analysis of nanoparticles by TXRF, ICP-MS, Zetasizer, SurPASS Zetameter, Nanosight
- Experiments of nanoparticles diffusion through personal protective equipment (gloves, lab coats)

2007 - 2008During the 19 months that I spent in SQM, international chemical and mining company (worldwide leader in the production of fertilizers, yodine and lithium) located in Northern Chile, I was in charge, in the R&D team, of:
- Developing analytical methodologies, based on a variety of techniques : FAAS, HG-AAS, GF-AAS (AAnalyst 700 Perkin-Elmer), ICP-OES (Iris Intrepid XSP II Thermo), KarlFisher, FT-IR), in saline matrixes and salts
- Interpretating results obtained by SEM and XRD
- Training the laboratories SQM staff possessing different levels of studies, in handling these methodologies
- Writing technical documents (procedures and reports)
- Analizing/approving validation results
- Team work, interaction with the functional areas (analysts of the other laboratories, process engineers, comercial area, ...)
- Supervision of a teamwork composed by three analysts

2006 - 2006- Use of RMN 1D (1H, 13C, 19F, 31P) and 2D (1H-1H, 13C-1H) (Bruker 300, 400 y 500 MHz) and IR techniques (Bruker FT-IR Tensor) for the determination of chemical structures
- Development of NMR sequences (Bruker 400 y 500 MHz) in order to study protein/ligand interactions with a therapeutic aim
- Analysing/approving resultads obtained by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry and chromatography
