• Key actor in the start-up and support of high speed, hot-melt coating lines (1000 m/min) in France and Luxemburg; Project of 30 M€.
• Actor in developing an internal process automation team, in total coordination with the IT community;
• Decision maker in installing a plant-wide Asset Management solution in order to organize and support PLC programs, HMI applications and documentation;
• Key member of a European team for the SCADA revamping of hot-melt coating lines in Germany.

• Responsible of the implantation of an Asset and Service Management Software (MAXIMO) for the 3 plants in Montreal area. Project of 500.000 $
• Responsible of automation maintenance projects for the Dorval plant.
• Development, start–up and set-up of a Vibration Monitoring System (ENTEK) on the main crane (critical equipment for this site).
• Production reporting for several riveters: Production status report and OEE/breakdowns reasons.
• Development and support of a surface treatment and paint shop fully controlled by a network (Ethway) of 25 PLC’s and over 10 000 I/O’s, analog and digital. Project of 50 M$
• Management of automation and electrical projects up to 250 k$.
• Mandated to increase the production capacity from 1.5 day by aircraft to 1.2 day for final assembly; teamwork allowed shop productivity increase by 45%
