2002 - 2007Create, set up and manage the eBusiness activity (B2C & B2B) through Internet and Extranet sites.
Achievements:
- Defined and managed B2B strategy
* Created the first multi-currency and multi-activity Extranet site (30 % of the company volume through this new channel in 2006 !)
- Setting up the requirements to add new and existing business rules (data capture, online scoring and credit bureau check, underwriting, OCR and electronic archiving)
* Roll out and training management
* Go live in April 2004 on all our partners in French overseas territories.

* Created a new Web portal including online credit request and customer services

- Managed the budget and the development teams (French, American and Indian teams),
