Diplômée de l'Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, je suis actuellement en poste en tant que Commodity Manager Traction chez Satee filiale du groupe Alstom Transport a Shanghai.
Idéalement je recherche un poste de responsable achat (Commodity Manager, Acheteur Senior...) en France et participer activement a l'amélioration continue de la performance achat de vos équipes.
Je suis certaine que les compétences suivantes nous garantiront un succès mutuel:
- de bonnes connaissances techniques notamment de le domaine de la mécano-soudure, tansformateur/inducteur, capacité de puissance, assemblage électronique...
- capacité à gérer des interfaces multi-fonction,
- un profil multi-culturel avec une réelle exposition Sino/Française (voire Européenne),
- faculté à intégrer rapidement une nouvelle structure et à développer un réel esprit d'équipe

-Set up Chinese Sourcing Strategy & Policy for the related commodities on behalf of Traction Commodity Director based in France
-Define, lead and manage Localisation objective in China for Satee purchasing portfolio (target 70/80%)
-Identify and manage supplier developments including product validation and key milestones at supplier site
-Set-up of purchase frame agreements in close collaboration with Legal Department
-In charge of Global Sourcing activities for Traction Commodities (ie Sourcing from China) on behalf of European Commodity Managers & Sites
-Management: 1 Traction Buyer, 1 Supplier Quality Development (SQD) and 2 Supplier Part Quality Development (SPQD)
Results:
-Traction Sourcing Team in place (1 Buyer, 1 SQD, 2 SPQD)
-Purchase Frame Agreement defined for major commodities covering 100% of Satee Traction spend
-Sourcing process defined and implemented at SATEE according to Alstom standard including QCD review with key suppliers to improve performance and secure on-going projects
-15% cost optimization over 3 years as per target based on 4 pillars: New Supplier Development, Localization by increasing Sourcing in China, Distributor replacement (direct contract with Manufacturer), Multiple Year Agreement (ie 3 year contract) with suppliers
- Implementation of Way of working with European central sourcing team

-Chinese Suppliers in Alstom Panel from 2 to 5 for the managed commodities
-Orders placed in China from less than 5MEuro in 2007 to more than 10MEuro/year in 2010
-Average Net Saving 20% (ie landed cost in Europe after transport and custom)
