I have been strongly involved in Samsung “Home and Broadband” networks business unit development with a key success on Set Top Box business introduction for the main Telecom Operator in France.

I acquired relevant experience in residential product’s management (IP phone, IP STB), rich home networking ecosysteme, as well as operational marketing.

I managed both launching and implementation of technical solution within « Home and Broadband Networks » business unit
I have been strongly involved on an ambitious and large-scale IPTV European Project for the main French operator.
My main responsibility was the following one:
• Technical interface and support between HQ R&D team and customers
• Project supervision of 3 people during proof of concept creation
• Marketing an Technical product validation in following customers needs
• Marketing coordinator
• Whilst coordinating pre-sales project organization, I implement and manage activities between Samsung headquarter and the client
Daily, I was in charge of:
• Identifying product enhancements driven by customer requirements,
• Animating of training session to Sales/Presales teams
• Managing the entire bid process from reception to final answering and oral sessions
• Preparing sales point
