Imane El Azlouk

This is position is a result of an internal mobility in Ullink.
In a small subsidiary of the group Ullink, my position includes different tasks such as:

- General services: switchboard, office management
- HR: recruitment, payrolls, integration of newcomers, benefits, career paths...
- Administration & Accountancy: invoices management, internal expenses

This position is very general and allows me to develop new skills.

As an HR Assistant, I'm in charge of recruitment and integration of newcomers. I'm also involved in leave management and other folders like social security, additionnal clauses, contracts... Finally, I work on Information System of Human Resources with two HR softwares which we're using with my colleagues. This position allows me to acquire and justify a real experience at the end of my studies.
