In a small subsidiary of the group Ullink, my position includes different tasks such as:
- General services: switchboard, office management
- HR: recruitment, payrolls, integration of newcomers, benefits, career paths...
- Administration & Accountancy: invoices management, internal expenses
This position is very general and allows me to develop new skills.
2009 - 2012As an HR Assistant, I'm in charge of recruitment and integration of newcomers. I'm also involved in leave management and other folders like social security, additionnal clauses, contracts... Finally, I work on Information System of Human Resources with two HR softwares which we're using with my colleagues. This position allows me to acquire and justify a real experience at the end of my studies.
