==> Contract Manager :
for France Telecom / Orange account affiliate. Legal and contractual follow-up, making sure all Parties (Ericsson, Orange, sub-contractors) respect terms of full network Build Operate and Transfer contract. Day to day management of the contractual provisions by all parties and of claim process until payment/agreement. Follow-up of defined KPI (Key Performance Indicators), invoicing, contract amendments, Memorandum of understanding (MOU), change requests. Identification and communication of potential contractual project risks, preventive actions. Responsibilities and liabilities management. Weekly Customer meetings on Contractual issues, responsibilities, invoicing and missing Customer Purchase orders. Minutes of meeting reporting with precise information / progressions, customers impressions and my recommendations.

==> Sales Manager / Account Manager :
Supervision of newly hired Contract Manager, keeping responsibility for position. In parallel working as Account Manager (sales) for France Telecom / Orange account, leading a team of 6. Qualification of sales opportunities, managing on time and quality responses to RFP, RFQ, tender requests from Customer. Internal validation of sales opportunities (sales decision point SDP), preparation and submission of offers. Chasing for Customer orders, and sales push (presentations, workshops, etc).
