Prologue:
Human Factors, societal trends are some key inputs to well design services and products .... to lead to experience design. And they are part of my job!
Surfing from perception to emotion is, in my opinion, the best way to build authentic relationship between us and them (our customers).
A few convictions:
- The networks highlight the living modes of tomorrow. They are the key turn, which will push us to emphasize transparency
- The relationship between the customers and a brand is now, definitively based on the authenticity of this brand
- That is why - allow an easy access to a brand promise through a clear product and services offer is the best way to be understood and followed.

Management:
I believe in cross approaches and organizations.
I appreciate a lot the "project working mode", the strategy and the knowledge management when it is kept efficient.
Practicing cross and hierarchical managements, my mind spirit in these both approaches is to emphasize the strengths of my collaborators.
