As a CFO for mid-size business (Sales 50-150 M€) I am involved in improving profitability throuth a better control on industrial pricing and productivity.
I raise reactivity and pro-activity by involving managment into the motivation of their teams and realization of their goals (involvment in annual motivation meetings, in budget process, in cost and margin controll).
These actions are eased by performant information system as ERP (SAP, MOvex...) and BI (Hyperion, BO...)synthetised into a relevant and reliable report.
The international context of companies helps to develop business and to benchmark performance (Protean PLC, ATR international).
Obviously alignment with shareholder's stratégy is anticipated and controlled by regular up dating of short and mid terme Results and Cash Flow Forcasts (investment, ).
Furthermore internal control ensure compliance with internal rules and laws (IFRS, SOX, quality control...)

In terms of Qualification, I am qualified in accountancy and Finance as french CPA Expert comptable i.e. Tax, Organisation, Legal, Managment qualifications.
