The genesis of my intense interest in education, an interest which has now evolved into an aspiration and a pursuit for a career in the field of Human Resourse Management, happened during my graduate and post graduate studies in social sciences, where I was learning different theories and its practical approach and application in actual fields which made me aware of various social-psychological and environmental issues which affects individual day to day life and organisations output as well as various problem solution strategy for helping individuals to work out better social relationship and adjustment in the society.

This social foundation were helped me during the time of strike problem at Shroff Engineering Lts, where i was worked as an HR Executive. With the help of psychological assessment i was able to analyse and measure the psycho-social condition of workers and helped the management to sort out such critical issues, which was highly appreciated by the top Management.
