2008 - 2008I created Phone Gestion structure in April 2008.It is specialized in creating multimedia for mobile phones in partnership with Tekora.
This structure is based on Tunisia in Hammam-Sousse.
We are an agency that is specialised in mobile phone marketing:
Creation of mobile phone websites.
Creation of Games advertising in JAVA.
Provision of 2D tags.
Creating videos platforms for mobile phones.
2006 - 2008Within Tekora Company which is specialized in creating multimedia for the mobile phone internet, I am the Head of Business Development.
So, I'm developing the customers’ portfolio and acquiring new customers’ loyalty from Tekora.
I make phone prospecting, the search for new customers and the mailing.
I am also responsible for sales presentations and application’s techniques to prospects at conferences and other exhibitions or by appointments.
I'm also training new customers to the application and I participate to the platform evolution by providing ideas on the improvements and the new functionalities to be added.
I also made the consolidation of the commercial offerings in agreement with the General Director Philippe Coup-Jambet.
Actually,I am still working within Tekora
2004 - 2008I set up M Mobile company in 2004 which was specialized in selling mobile phone Internet and in stores.
We were selling mobile phones on different websites such as Ebay, Price Minister, 2xmoinscher.com but also on our own website and in stores (Cachan 94).
In the beginning I was working alone , then we have grown to 5 employees.
I created the structure, but I also undertook various missions:
At the trade level: Purchase in shop for all operators (Orange, SFR, Bouygues Telecom), sales manager.
Logistics: Preparation of orders, sending packages, claims management etc..
Accounting: Billing and performance of all accounts with the help of an accountant. Funds management, budget management.
Marketing / Communication: SEO, paid links, press advertisements (local newspapers), Ebay ads ect., creation of POS and other leaflets, creation of promotional offers. Managing advertising budget.
Canvassing: Search for business customers in neighboring towns, searching for suppliers.
All the technical part as well: Creating mcommemobile website with the help of a webmaster, creation of POS on Photoshop, Ebay Store, Price Minister, 2xmoinscher.com
Finally, the recruitment and staff management. (Creation of a structure abroad in Tunisia for the updating and development of our website).
2002 - 2004I have integrated Orange as a customer advisor in the Back office service.
I proceeded to adding and removing options as well as to online terminations. I have stayed at this service for 3 months.
Then I have joined the Collection Service for 3 months as bill collector ( dialled and received calls).
I have then integrated the customer service as a general commercial .I was performing telemarketing (only received calls). I proposed rises of ranges for Orange customers as well as adding options or also changing mobile phones thanks to loyalty points (loyalty). I have stayed at this service for 6 months.
Finally I have inserted AZUR cell ( 2 days a week), which manages all technical dysfunctions: Overbilling (or the opposite), impossibility to add an option , wap connection problem, updating HLR, ect.
I have also become a trainer for the new commercial service advisors (consultation calls,training in the use of internal applications of Orange).
I left Orange at the end of my interim contract to create my company.
2002 - 2002I have worked for3 months at Teleperformance during my year of bac in the evenings (18 to 21)and on Saturday (from 9 to 14) part-time to finance my studies (in addition to my job at the town hall of seals ).
I was the collection agent, I contacted customers whom their monthly credit levy had been rejected.
I had to know the reason of this rejection and invite them to regulate the situation as soon as possible.
I had to assess the current financial situation of the customers in order to provide them with solutions.
2002 - 2002I did a one-month of work experience in January 2002 during my first year of Bac in accountancy field as an assistant accountant for the account of SEDIS food company .
I helped the accountant in her daily tasks.
I also assured telephone reception and management of switchboard.
2000 - 2002In addition to my studies, I worked as a manager of the former Town Council of Seals as and a duty officer.
Different rooms are available to the associations so that they can come together and perform various activities.
Thus, I held the reception of the associations, installation of computer and audio hardware ,and supervision of premises, room management and the agenda of various participants within the former Town Hall.
At Town Hall, during the closing time, I was a duty officer and I was doing different tasks:
Supervision of all municipal offices during the closing time of the Town Hall.
The establishment of administrative forms such as transport permission, assistance of elected locals during wedding ceremonies.
Finally, I used to appeal the technical officers agencies in case of a road traffic accident to pick up the debris, in case of a snowfall and public highways and in case of failure of traffic lights’ breakdowns.
2000 - 2002During my spare time when I was studying, I was an animator within Will and Joy (volunteer) situated in Cachan in Val of Marne every on Thursday evenings from 20 to 22 and also a monitor of some events such as Valley of Marne games.
2000 - 2000I have worked for one month, in the summer of 2000 in Pizza Hut as a delivery man and as a multi-task employee.

1998 - 1999During my work experience of my school-leaving diploma I worked within EFR driving school as an accountant secretary in June 1998.
I also worked on Wednesday and Sunday during all the school year.
