I am Jane Bell and I run PA Virtual Services, a company providing online administrative, bilingual (English-French) and secretarial services for businesses and individuals worldwide.
I am committed to providing my clients with the vital office support they need to reduce their administrative workload and free up their valuable time to allow them to focus on the core activities of growing their business and generating revenue. By outsourcing their admin and secretarial work to my virtual office, they are assured of an efficient, cost-effective and reliable service - without the constraints of costly in-house staff and office space.
Before starting my Virtual Assistant business, I worked as a Bilingual Personal Assistant, Personnel Manager and Financial Report Writer/Paraplanner with qualifications in each discipline. During my 25 year career, I have been fortunate enough to gain a wealth of knowledge and administrative experience at all levels in the business world from family businesses to large international companies. This has enabled me to develop an excellent understanding of the requirements of the busy corporate executive as well as the small business owner, something which has proved invaluable in my Virtual Assistant role.
For the past 14 years I have lived and worked in both France and the UK using my bilingual skills on a regular basis.
