As China has seen a rise in inflation, increasing currency rate and increase of salaries and raw material prices, it now needs to secure a constant gain in productivity to keep its world leadership status in industrial production.
My previous experience includes working with a leading automobile and aeronautic manufacturing contractor, industrial SMEs (lorry manufacturing and aid vehicle customisation) and within the nautical leisure industry; I specialized in the implementation of the manufacturing division for small and medium size businesses.
I offer my services, full or part time, by contract or freelance.
My experience allows me to conduct training on quality control and the manufacturing development of products adapted to European markets.

Develop an semi-automated production line, reorganize the sector body and update all the homologations of the vehicles.
• Organization of the workshop and focusing of the production line - reduction of the cycle time of 15% without increase manpower.
• Industrialization of the manufacture of the body, standardization of the components and improvement of the products.
• Realization of the European homologations of the vehicles in collaboration with the DRIRE, the UTAC and the INTA (Spain).
1987 - 1991Mechanical manufacture and heat treatment for the Car, Aeronautics and the agroalimentary - A.C. 70M€ - 150 people
Ensure and develop the production (planning, quality and logistics) and follow the customers at the technical level, quality and service.
• In 2 years we confirmed our position of leader in France and developed the market export (the U.K., the USA).
• Establishment of a subsidiary company of production in Spain.
• Follow-up of customers (France, the USA, the U.K.) on the technical plan and quality.

conceive and carry out new means of manufacture, improve the work stations (conditions, safety,…).
• Study and realization of an automated production line of crowns of starter (5.5 M€). Profit labor of 60%, reduction of the deadlines (tended flows), improvement of quality and the traceability.
• Development of special machines and automation of work stations, improvement of the productivity, the work conditions and safety.
• Realization of the specifications, purchase and focusing of machine tools.

Ensure the good performance of the park machines, maintain the buildings and preserve the environment.
• Installation of a preventive maintenance of 1,800 equipment including 250 machines functioning in 3x8.
