I am freelance consultant since 2004. I have a significant and recognized experience on international and multicultural projects of PeopleSoft implementation.
I have worked 10 years with Accenture, and I have developed competencies in information systems both on project management and system implementation. My numerous contracts on process and system improvement encompass: requirements gathering, writing of design documents and identification of custom developments. They include also PeopleSoft setup, unit and integration tests, change management, users training, go live support and post production follow-up.
Process monitoring by implementing an efficient reporting and key performance indicators.
My technical skills on PeopleSoft and other software environments allow me to propose consistent solutions in system integration. I master the PeopleSoft data model. This allows me designing interfaces and business intelligence tools based on Business Objects.
My knowledge of the PeopleSoft product and architecture can bring an added value from the early phases of a project
