2006 - 2009- Accountable for worldwide supply chain service level for the GSM business unit (95% « on time delivery », cost of sales ~$300M for 2008). Supporting material cost reduction programs (-40% for 2008 for the GSM radio product line), as logistic costs reduction (-20% for first half 2009).

- Implementation and support for S&OP collaborative material forecasting process: inputs consolidation from regional sales teams, marketing, product life cycle, and Finance. Leading executive validation reviews. Driving risk and opportunities analyzis : forecast variance, expected service levels, inventories, suppliers contractual agreements, cost reduction programs.
-> Achieved a $0.93M net margin improvement with one single Customer deployment project in USA (first quarter 2009).
- Supply chain project management: supporting manufacturing transfers (5 main production sites within 3 years), involved in contractual negotiation, product life cycle and product portfolio optimisation, and sales administration processes improvement.
- Manager, team of 6 highly qualified (MBA) individuals, located in France, USA, Mexico, and Northern Ireland. Hiring in Mexico. Team and individual objectives definition, performance assessment, budget (salary, bonus, promotion).
2004 - 2006- Accountable for worldwide GSM inventory (~$79M in 2006). Five independent manufacturing sites over the world. In charge of operating processes consolidation during manufacturing divestiture phase.
- In charge of finance compliance (internal audit, SOX procedures). Leading reporting activities (budget, actual, accruals), as E&O study.
1998 - 2003- In charge of for manufacturing alignment on Customer demand: maximize revenues and Customer satisfaction, minimize inventories, annual cost of sales ~360M€. Final priorities setting, resources allocation.
- Metrics definition (Supply Chain), reporting, communication, analyzes and action plans management. Working on the global measurement solution within an international team. Targets over-achieved for the GSM product line.
- GSM/UMTS worlwide Order Fulfillment team leader (4 people): targets definition and measurement, team service levels, tools and processes support.
- Involved in the SAP worldwide implementation for sales administration (from Customer order receipt to cash collection, for « complex » projects). Supported the regional implementation.
- Order management prime in the new UMTS supply chain definition team.
1996 - 1997- Dedicated Customer portfolio (150 K$), in charge of sales development and Customers technical support (800 Customers, 5 people in the sales team for France).
1991 - 1995- Customers order management (4.5K$/day) from quotation to cash collection, sales support, administrative support (radioactivity specific legal requirements).
-> Achieved targets for Service Performance, cash collection (days sales outstanding), and Quality (ISO-9002 certified).
- Software development and processes improvement (legal requirements),
-> 25% productivity increase within a 6 people team.
1987 - 1992- Spare parts orders and material management, for both Customers and Technical Field Support (more than 10.000 items in portfolio), also in charge of material returns and disputes resolution. Inventory management (2.2 M$ - decreased 15% of value with same the service level), and external supply (22 K$ ordered monthly).
