EKODOMESIS is a new company, based in Paris.
Founded by 4 partners who hold concurrently 75 years of business property expertise, it aims to intervene as support for investors who deal with private equity, to identify and to manage the real estate property risk.
Beyond, it intervenes alongside the management of targeting companies to help them to reduce business’ property fees of their business assets.
Finally, it intervenes as well as external property management on behalf of private equity and hedge funds.
Currently, EKODOMESIS is in charge of real estate management for an european private equity fund during the process of a French automotive supplier's acquisition.
We have a mandate to sell 4 real estate plants in France within a sales & leaseback deal.

- Negotiated and created a partnership between N.S.I. (France) and Ideal Standard (Greece)aimed at the implantation of a credit card network in all of Greece
- Set up the European Union exposition on communication and new technologies in Chambery
1987 - 1989I.T.A. (Company specialized in smart cards for the Olympic games in Albertville/France, Barcelona and the Universal Expo in Sevilla/Spain)
