In the past 15 years I've been working as Worldwide Purchasing Director for an international Group in the very dynamic and demanding market.
My mission has been to drive the Purchasing and Supply Chain to continuously reduce cost and adapt the organizations and tools to face the new challenges.
I contributed to the improvement of the Company competitiveness by elaborating a purchasing globalization strategy at the Group level and by negotiating strategic partnerships with the key Suppliers. Furthermore, the management of a multicultural and matrix organization, the development of a new sourcing strategy in low cost countries and the roll out of best practices contributed to reach our cost reduction objectives.

In a context of strong pressure on the margins, I specialized towards the deployment of transversal projects to optimize the Supply Chain improving the flexibility and the performances of the group while maintaining the excellence of the service quality.
I defined the supply chain outsourcing strategy and transferred the activities in China and Eastern Europe. I successfully drove the contract negotiation as well as the IT solution design with our partners and the necessary organization changes.
