Good day,

I am working in the recruitment and HR Management of newly hired employees within Spie Oil & Gas Services (services company specialised in the Oil & Gas and pharmaceutical industries, 4000 employees, TO 2009: 488M€) for about 5 years.

I started my experience within Spie OGS in March 2006 working in the Aberdeen (Scotland) branch for 15 months as Recruitment Officer and Operations Coordinator.
In July 2007 I joined the company's headquarter based in Cergy (near Paris - France) as Recruitment Officer to deal with needs (staff, global maintenance contract, technical assistance) for our branches based in Africa: Angola, Nigeria, Gabon, Congo et Algeria as well as for our Well Services activities.
In addition I was the focal point for our newly hired employees to deal with their HR issues/requests (administrative or development) in the Human Ressources department.
For the past 20 months I am working both as a Senior Recruitment Officer for most of our Business Units/branches (maintenance, well services, training/assessment, engineering and project, etc...), as a Project Leader regarding our internal CV database and finally as a Recruitment Coordinator on a specific project: construction of a world class refinery based in Al Jubail in Saudi Arabia for Satorp.

Holding two Bachelors of Art in International Law and Business Law and a Master in International HR Management I am open to proposal for a new challenging position as Senior Recruitment Officer, Recruitment Coordinator, HR Manager or Operations Coordinator on a project preferably in the O&G industry, Energy sector, chemical/petrochemical or pharmaceutical industries or more generally in an industrial environment.

I am sill very interested in working in an international environment in my scope of work, my mobility is Paris and near suburbs or worldwide. I can make myslef quickly available.

Duties:
• Project leader about our internal CV and CRM database: Profilsoft:
o Organising and leading internal meetings between representatives of our four sourcing centers (Paris, Aberdeen, Abu Dhabi, Kuala Lumpur) or technical meetings with the provider to improve the database and its performances within our branches.
o Interface between Profilsoft users and the provider.
o Provide training and guidance to new/less experienced users (recruitment officers, business managers).
o Establish the updated User Guide and best practice manual.

• Recruitment Team Leader on Satorp (JV between Saudi Aramco & Total) for the construction of their world class refinery in Al Jubail – Saudi Arabia:
o Coordinating a team of 4 recruitment officers based in Abu Dhabi and Aberdeen.
o Focal Point for Satorp to collect their needs, submit CV and get feedback about candidates.
o Responsible to organise a two days recruitment workshop between Satorp and short listed European candidates in London.

• Recruitment Officer responsible for internal recruitments (staff for the headquarter and branches) : 5 to 10 recruitments per year, Global Maintenance Contract : 15 to 20 recruitments per year, and external assignments (Technical Assistance) : 5 to 10 recruitments per year for our Africa Business Unit and Well Services activities (Slickline, Liner Hanger, Completion):
o Liaising with clients for better comprehension of their requirements in terms of job profile, years of experience, duration, salary. Review or writing up of Job Descriptions accordingly.
o Preparing advertisement and online postings.
o Use of CV databases - internal (Profilsoft) and external (Naukri, Rigzone, Bayt, Expat Engineer, Emploi Pétrole, CV Aden, Apec) or through student alumni associations to identify and source potential candidates meeting the requirements.
o Technical screening of CV’s and short listing them.
o Interviewing short listed and potential candidates - either via telephone or face to face.
o Check management references.
o Using Thomas International personality test to help determine candidate’s personality.
o Negotiating with future employees about the type of contract and salary.
o Introducing the future employee and advising our clients about the cost of hiring.
o Responsible for establishing French or international hiring contracts (via the Abu Dhabi regional head quarter).
o Coordinate the mobilisation process: logistical movements, visa formalities, medical certificate of fitness, offshore certification, electrical habilitation, etc…
o Communicate on a regular basis with clients to provide them with a follow up about their requirements.
o Participate in several student fairs (Universities and Engineering Schools: ENSAM, IFP, IGAL, PAU, Marine Mobilité) to promote our company and source potential candidates.
• Human Resources Officer, focal point within the HR department for Business Managers and newly hired employees regarding any HR issues (contract, benefits, internal mobility, etc...)

Duties:
• Registering new candidates in our internal CV database: Voyager.
• Search for suitable candidates through Voyager.
• Preparation of advertisements in local and national press, on Ipedex UK’s website.
• Contact suitable candidates, select, negotiate salary and submit CV to clients after establishing a cost proposal.
• Arranging interviews with clients – telephonic or face to face.
• Filling our clients’ vacancies after liaising with clients and candidates organising their mobilisation (contract, formalities, logistics...)
• Be our employees’ focal point about their queries liaising essentially with clients and our finance department.
• Relocation of employees throughout the group after end of assignment.
• Reporting to GM about weekly mobilization and demobilization and keeping our CV and administrative database up to date.
