I am currently in activity in an engineering department named ARCOBA (FRANCE - LYON) where I exert the function of Project Manager.
In June 2007, I obtained the grade of Cost Estmator Engineer within the Higher School named ECOTEC in Paris. In addition to my school and professional course, I am interesting in the field of the construction, new technics of construction, new materials.
VIADEO is the means of creating me a network of partners, sharing knowledge, technical skill, and background.

Coordinate management of construction and / or rehabilitation projects in a wide variety of project: housing, offices, industrial. Duties include:
- Manage, oversee and control contractors,
- Manage preparation of the project (planning oversight, cost of construction, and reduction of non-quality execution, etc.)
- Manage execution of the project (project meetings, planning oversight, technical coordination, technical approval, approval documents, meeting review, etc.)
- Coordinate and communicate between field, architects, building inspectors, contractors and owner,
- Project close-out (finishing works, etc.)
Major achievements:
• Construction of two office buildings, 16 000 m2 on behalf of ICADE for a total of 21 M€.
• Construction of three buildings of 30 units on behalf of ALLIADE for an amount of 3 M€.
• Construction of two industrial platforms, 400 and 450 m2 on behalf of BLANCHON Corp. and TOURNIER BOTTU Corp. for an amount of 1 M€.
• A Showroom, 250 m2 on behalf of BOUYGUES Real Estate for an amount of 200 000 €.
2005 - 2007- Realize technical documents for all disciplines (project description, technical specifications, etc.),
- Realize measurements and quantity for all disciplines,
- Estimate costs of construction or rehabilitation project and financial monitoring.
- Preparation for and running adjudications,
2004 - 2005- Responsibilities included all operations, procurement, planning, quality control, and production, reporting progress and status and chairing meetings.
- Interaction with architects, owners, building inspectors, utility representatives, and subcontractors.
- Other duties: examining and inspecting work progress, equipment and construction site to verify safety and ensuring that specifications were met, analyzing and planning installation and construction of equipment and structures, conferring with supervisory personnel and subcontractors to discuss such matters as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems to perform construction work in accordance with specifications.
