During 2008, I’ve joined Orsyp (which is providing of the famous job scheduler DollarUniverse) as manager of the information system to assure the development its IT services portfolio for the Headquarters (in Paris), England, US, Canada, Spain, Italy, Romania and Hong Kong subsidiaries.
My first mission, after being ITIL certified ,was to consolidate Orsyp IT department (via tools, recruitment, organization and processes) with a 6 persons team in order to assure : the adapted quality of service, the support to customer and to align the IT systems to the business unit needs.
By the end of 2009, after being ITIL V3 certified , Orsyp acquired Sysload. My department was in charge of the merge of both Information system within the next 3 month in order to avoid any business interruption and help the integration of those new Orsyp employees.
Once this operation was successfully completed, a new opportunity appeared: The mutualisation of Orsyp and Sysload company structures to provide a 360 degree views (including financial, support, sales, …) on our customer. This new project implies the transformation of every business process of the company to rebuilt them around a new CRM (customer relationship manager) Salesforce. During a year, in direct contact with the top management ,we’ve collected the business needs of every business unit in the three mainland (customer support, R&D, QA, Finance, Marketing, Human resource, Sales, Consulting, training), coordinated the development and performed the change management.
This project is currently my greatest success .
Because of Orsyp growth, and the increase of the quality level required, 2011 will be dedicated to the creation of 3 technical pole to host its IT. The first one will be in Europe (Paris) the second in Hong Kong (Asia) and the last one in Montreal (Canada). Within this last project, Orsyp will be ready to face any challenge peacefully.
This experience gave me the opportunity to acquire organization, international management and communication skills with a global visibility of the company mechanism.
I’m always looking forward for new challenges to confront my experience with in order continue to progress.
My Objectives for 2008-2010 are : to define Orsyp IT Roadmap for the next 3 years, to define yearly and respect Orsyp IT Budget, to rationalize Orsyp IT Cost, to contribute to the ISO 14001 certification, to improve business unit internal and external processes in accordance with every subsidiary constraint in every country (FrANCE,US,CANADA and CHINA) and to adapt the IT tools. I’ve achieved those goals with the following projects :
- Orsyp and Sysload IT Merge
- Define Quality indicators
- Virtualizes Production and development environment
- Redefine &D/Support/QA/sales/Finance tools and workflow
- Deploy Salesforce as a CRM and develop new business application with APEX and VisualForce (like the support Ticketing tool or the finance invoice management process)
- Deploy a Disaster Recovery in Belgium.
2006 - 2008- Negotiate with externals providers (ATOS, Capgemini , ..),price and planning.
- Assure capacity management sizing.
- Assist marketing to provide functional specification.
- Apply France Telecom quality charter (application of TTM, respect of ITIL process).
- Deliver project respecting France telecom quality charter (TTM, ITIL)
