After 2 experiences in Venture Capital in recently launched structures (NextStage Ventures, New York) and more established companies (Rothschild & Cie, Paris), I joined the “Agregator” project which is an original financial fund as well as a particularly efficient entrepreneurs' network . It’s a really new type of Private Equity Fund with the ambition of becoming a European reference.
The structure currently gathers over 350 entrepreneurs, founders and managers of businesses in very diversified sectors: distribution, NTIC, media, software, communication, leisure etc., and represents a combined revenue of more than 5 billion Euros.

benchmarking, financial analysis, business models, market research, enterprise valuation, participation in exit strategies.
2000 - 2001This Venture Capital fund was launched from the United States with offices in Europe and Asia.
Mission: preparation of the PPM (private placement memorandum) and strategy, team recruitment, prospecting of potential investors (“Road Show”), deal sourcing and analysis of investment opportunities, etc.
In Paris, Nextstage is now a partnership with the stock exchange company Aurel Leven.
