Management of prices, rents, promotions and special offres. Mix of models and category types available, opening dates, price and date bands. Managing relationships with partners, Tour Operators, ferry and transport providers, promotion agencies. Reviewing and updating reservation system and related IT.
Creation of International Contact Centre / Call centre: all members of the team are bilingual French-English, with some speaking German, Dutch and Spanish. The team sell holidays in mobile homes on 4* campsites in France, Spain & Italy, using the latest technology, sensible targets and regular performance controls to maximise the value of each call inbound or outbound, whilst always giving excellent customer service for every request for information concerning our holidays.
Creation and monitoring of bonus and commission schemes to provide incentives to all team members, to enable us to out perform budgeted sales.
Through yield management, creation of promotions or special offers to make sure we maximise sales.
Recruitment & training, plus continual coaching of team.
Negotiation and sales to groups such as "Comite d'Entreprise".
Research and development of potential new partners/markets: Tour Operators, CE's, Associations, Clubs...
Responsible for Customer Service decisions, Managing replies to customers after their holidays: complaints & compliments, refunds, compensation.
