After almost two years in Angola, my wish now is to head back to Czech Republic in the region of Brno. I am looking for a project lead position in any type of industry.
56 contacts-Ensure integrity of 6 million dollars project (Bumpers fabrication for EXXON mobil, KIZOMBA Satellite Topside project). 220 Tons of complex steel structure (beams, pipes and plates welded assembling) to be fabricated within 7 months. End date: August 2011.
-Budget planning taking into account: Engineering, fabrication (Consumables and man hours), management team rates and procurement.
-Management of 65 local workers (boiler makers/welders) and 10 expatriates (Philippian, French and Portuguese).
-Management of engineering team (fabrication process, drawings, preparation and survey modifications).
-Close relationship with quality department regarding EXXON standards, material, welding quality controls and welders qualification.
2010 - 2010Implementation of a new products data base and management process for 2 millions dollars warehouse.
Implementation of a preventive maintenance program for cranes, forklifts, generators and hydraulic machines.
Management of 2 teams of 10 persons each, composed by electricians, mecanicians and storekeepers with French, English and Portuguese native speakers.
