I have an experience of 17 years in project management in Industry.
For that, I had to plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
I define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle

- pre-engineering and budget for projects to improve existing PLC systems,
- monitoring and implementation of projects identified
- the evolution of plant automation systems
2001 - 2009Project Manager in the ABB group for 8 years, I managed projects in the areas of DCS, instrumentation and electricity for industry plants (Refinery, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Energy...).
Through this experience I have supported various projects, with engineering and end customers in France and abroad, in amounts of several million euros, with tens of thousands man working hours.
These projects fall within the constraints of production and exploitation and must take into account obligations in terms of time and results.
They require the management of internal teams and sub-contractors
1994 - 2001My experience of 7 years of application engineer in INVENSYS / FOXBORO allowed me to learn the different phases of projects in DCS, and to take the Leadership of technical implementation team.
My responsibilities were:
- Management of the planning
- Monitoring of the technical implementation team
