I have an experience of 17 years in project management in Industry.

For that, I had to plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
I define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle

My responsibilities are the followings:

- Financial responsibility of the project: budget drawing-up and follow-up, contract modification management
- Technical responsibility of the project
- Plan, organize and manage the risks
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Management of the project team and of the subcontractors
- Determination, procurement and follow-up of third part equipment and services
- Internal and external reporting
- Apply the Quality procedures and recommendations
- Warranty management

Project Manager in the ABB group for 8 years, I managed projects in the areas of DCS, instrumentation and electricity for industry plants (Refinery, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Energy...).

Through this experience I have supported various projects, with engineering and end customers in France and abroad, in amounts of several million euros, with tens of thousands man working hours.
These projects fall within the constraints of production and exploitation and must take into account obligations in terms of time and results.
They require the management of internal teams and sub-contractors
