. Preparation of annual budgets of each entity / participation in setting goals
. Implementation of tools and indicators for a better visibility of the activity and profitability
. Performing dashboard: gap analysis, proposed corrective actions and monitoring
cost calculation, control and stock valuation

. Responsible of the monthly site reporting: monthly closing, monthly results analysis, 3 months forecasts,variance analysis vs budget, reporting to division.
. Product margin follow up (volume, selling pice cost breakdown variation)
. Standard calculation and follow up
. In charge of the budget and business plan preparation & reporting
. Participate in preparation and implementation of Valeo financial procedures (internal control)
. Inventory follows up (cycle counting, standard valuation, gap analysis, scrap, depreciation calculation…)
